Chinese Chicken Salad

Chinese Chicken Salad

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

Directions

§ 1 head of green cabbage chopped

§ Boil chicken with lemon pepper and garlic powder.

§ Drain and mix with cabbage and scallions and other ingredients

§ Mix dressing together and toss with the salad.

§ Chill for 1 hour.

§ 4-6 scallions

§ 1- 1/2 lbs cooked shredded chicken

§ 2 pkg. of uncooked chicken ramen noodles and sauce packets

§ 1 bottle of sesame seeds toasted with dry almonds (toasted in a dry frying pan stirring occasionally)

§ 1-2 cans mandarin oranges (opt)

§ Dressing:

§ 1-2 packets chicken ramen seasoning

§ ½ C oil

§ 6 T rice wine vinegar

§ Splash of sugar

§ Garlic powder to taste

§ Lemon pepper to taste
